The existing home was a
typical ranch home. The entire inside of the home was torn down to the
studs and the home was redesigned and recreated. The floor plan was
completely revamped to make it more open, accessible and better
functioning on both levels. The exterior was completely redone to
incorporate a natural look by using durable recycled and renewable
products. The new home features many beautiful and rustic details such
as Brazilian mahogany doors, barn board, cedar shakes, hand-hewn timber
and mountain ivy twig railing. Along with updated plumbing and heating,
the home received all new finishes including appliances, hardware,
lighting, plumbing fixtures and flooring.
