This house was built in
1841 and had deteriorated badly due to lack of maintenance. The project
entailed renovation of every room in the home. As much of the original
material as possible was salvaged, and since Kaiser Building Co remodels
many old homes in the area, old doors, windows, shutters etc. from other
sources were located.
As you can see, the results of the project were spectacular. Not only is
the owner extremely happy with all the creative decisions, but the
neighbors in the village are delighted to have the restored house take
center stage in the area.
