This 1910 home had an oddly
shaped kitchen that did not function well for this family of four. They
wanted a brighter space with better flow, and more efficient work areas.
They hoped for an island, a pantry, and a coffee bar. They wanted a
modern design that would honor the history of their historic home.
Through the design, we were able to incorporate an exterior entry
allowing for an island and better flow and function. By selecting
classic finishes and timeless details, the kitchen has twenty-first
century functionality while remaining true to its turn-of-the-century
origins.
