The biggest concerns were
style, function and budget. These clients are both highly educated
professionals who enjoy cooking for their family and friends. They
wanted a kitchen they could be proud of and that functioned well. But
they were passionate about the view available to them by the home’s
location, but that the original 1970’s style of the home took no
advantage of. They were able to come up with a design and production
strategy that kept costs down while completely updating the kitchen with
new windows, honed granite, top-end appliances, and thoughtful details.
