This
		home was originally built in 1815 as a 13’ X 15’ one-room cabin. Between
1815 and 1825 the two-story section was built. The scope of work
included…a new kitchen in place of the attached garage, a new master
bath suite, a new master closet, a new full bathroom for pool guests, a
new roof and new windows throughout the entire home, mimicking the
existing in style and materials. While the project was challenging,
unique and extensive, the new blends beautifully with the old. Nearly
200 years separate the old from the new structures. By the creative
design ideas, carefully selected materials and craftsmanship, it was all
		seamlessly tied together.
