Client came to us seeking
help converting 2 tiny bedrooms and bathroom into a mastersuite. Their
must-haves included a larger bathroom with a shower, larger vanity,
toilet, and plenty of storage. In the new bedroom, they needed
functional closet, Space for a king-sized bed, and space for 2
large-sized dog crates.
There were quite a few obstacles we needed to overcome with this remodel
along with budgetary constraints. The master suite was designed to
preserve the home's character and charm. The clients had also just
recently completed an exterior siding project, so we could not relocate
any of the windows.
