What once was a drab
studio condo, abandoned by its previous owner, is now alive and loved in
all of its 350 square foot glory!
Lark Architecture created a home out of a single room by focusing on
function, storage, and privacy. Stock cabinetry was composed along an
entire wall to provide storage and an impactful design accent. A custom
bed loft was designed to deliver separate functional spaces, including a
queen bed, an office space with a full desk and bookshelves, a closet
adjacent to the storage wall, and in-unit laundry. This home is small
living at its best.
