Kitchen Remodel under $75,000
The pride our clients had in their
rundown, 1910 structure was evident, and we were honored they selected
us to breathe life back into the neglected building. With some major
layout reconfiguring, we allowed the home to function properly. While
remaining true to the existing structure, we gave new life to the
single-board frame constructed structure by enlarging the kitchen and
transforming an existing storage area into a pantry, utility room and
half bath; relocating the bathroom; and building a closet in the master.
Our clients could not be happier with their perfect forever home.
