This 2,600 square foot
home, built in 1930, had suffered years of neglect and was declared
unfit for occupancy by the City of Waco, Texas. The client couldn’t bear
the thought of destroying such a once beautiful home and was determined
to save it. Needless to say, the transformation was unbelievable and the
final product was absolutely stunning. The client did not see the
project until completion, so walking into the home on “reveal day” she
was shocked. She was extremely pleased with the functional layout, the
light and airy atmosphere and the historical character that was
preserved. This is all about second chances.
