As part
of additional work at this home, a new main bathroom remodel was needed.
Modern updated finishes were wanted while still honoring this 80 year
old home. Storage, a large shower, clean finishes, working surfaces and
a roomy feel were all goals while at the same time not disturbing the
outer roofline of the home.
A light
in the shower and clear glass doors help the make this shower bright and
open. Walnut, grain matched cabinetry with notched fronts instead of the
traditional handles give the clean smooth look. A furniture style vanity
with an open slotted bottom also provide visual relief to the space. A
quartz top, undermount bowl, round mirror, wall sconces, tiled floors
and large matching millwork give this space an updated, sleek and highly
functioning space for the owners.
