2004 Best Exterior Facelift
The exterior of this
forty-plus year old home was completely re-worked in an Arts & Craft
style. The roof overhang was extended using tongue & groove V joint for
soffits. Fiber cement siding and cedar shingles were used to replace
hardboard siding. A front window was extended for depth and stone was
utilized for structural depth and aesthetics in the columns on the front
and rear. Copper flashing and earth tone paint colors have transformed
this into a period looking home that presents itself as original
architecture rather than the result of several additions.
