A few years earlier,
Randy Wise had remodeled the main house. Now the owners wanted to turn
an old duplex, on the same property, into a guest house. One of the
requirements was to work within the envelope of the existing structure
that had been grandfathered in on the property. Demolition was not an
option.
The end result is a very unique guest house that was designed with long
term occupancy in mind. The 2 bedrooms allow for a family to stay
comfortably and the full bathroom off the master bedroom gives needed
privacy. There is also a spacious custom built kitchen and comfortable
living area.
