The addition of an entire
wall of cabinetry makes the basement look rich and inviting and solves
an existing storage problem. The combination of the new stone fireplace
and media center give the room its “wow’ effect. A new craft room
includes cabinetry for materials, storage for the sewing machine, open
shelving for supplies, and a wall to wall countertop for workspace.
Throughout, recessed lighting was used to take away the “dark dungeon”
feeling.
