To freshen up the 1920’s factory space, the flooring was leveled and given a uniform concrete look and color.
The entire space was painted, including the ductwork. For storage, a beautiful custom entertainment enter and a new bedroom closet built from an existing area-a hardly used office space.

The kitchen was remodeled to be minimalistic and clean, and the bathroom had some much needed repair work and updating.

The client loves this modern, yet cozy, space.
