Renovation
This project involved the
exterior and interior renovation of a very old office/apartment building
and construction of new 2nd floor porches. All demolition had to be done
in the morning so as not to disrupt the functioning first floor
restaurant. Extensive brick repair and cleaning was involved, as well as
installing 16 new compatible windows and two new door openings. The new
porch fits the style and scale of the building, and affords a view of
the historic riverfront.
