The objective for this
renovation was to increase living and entertaining space for the retired
homeowners' growing extended family, yet provide the couple with space
to enjoy their lifestyle and hobbies. To accomplish this, rooms were
renovated to update the floor plan and an addition was created on the
rear and side of the home. The final addition increased the home from
3,950 sq. ft. to 5,310 sq. ft. including the new screened porch room.
