Achieving a beautiful
design that functions well, accomplishes our Client's goal and
objectives, and within the context of a positive design build experience
is what it's all about for the Roberts team.
This project presented challenges with site planning, historic
preservation, sensitive architectural design, zoning, colors, materials,
and logistical considerations.
Working in our design build process in collaboration with our Clients
allowed for design and budget adjustments as the project developed.
Ultimately the construction was in 2 phases to accommodate our Client's
needs.
