No one receives well the
inconvenience of being displaced from your living areas, or suffering
property damage due to a catastrophic event. These Owners made the best
by choosing to completely update and upgrade their residence, electing
to select features that required them to pay a smaller portion of the
overall expenditures as the insurance coverage was paying to repair the
damaged areas. Additionally, the Owners elected to have other work
performed that was well outside of the Scope. When completed, their
residence was the newest in this neighborhood.
