Blending the new with the old is always a challenge, especially when the original house dates from 1928. Cultured stone was installed over the complete façade giving this 1928 English Tudor style and updated Country French flair. A renovated front entryway with custom wrought iron rails and ornamental window iron work completed the transformation. The iron work was salvaged and renovated from a 1920’s building in downtown Chicago.
