The existing floor plan
of the ranch-style home was segmented dark and inefficient. Walls
blocked the views of a lush yard and the lack of windows hindered the
flow of light. The homeowners desire for their remodel were specific in
both style and function and included; combining their opposing design
styles of rustic and contemporary, creating an open concept floor plan
with natural light, a new kitchen with pantry space and taller ceilings.
