The
Project: To convert an existing overstocked-underutilized
pantry/laundry/indoor Jacuzzi pump room into a multifunctional
laundry/pantry that provides multiple storage options for food and
cooking utensils, maximum workspace (wall to wall counters), and
additional utility storage for brooms, mops & cleaning supplies.
The
Challenge: To recapture and maximize all of the underutilized footage
in the existing room. This included deleting the pump room, opening up
existing walls and incorporating a previously designated wall chase to
accept ceiling to floor cabinetry.
The Result: A room that
exceeded my client's expectations and presents new options for maximum
use of limited space.
