Kitchen Remodel $75,000 - $150,000
My client was widowed
and decided to downsize from a 4000 SF home to a 1200 SF condo. She
loved the new location, but the kitchen was too traditional and drab for
her tastes and lacked the storage she desperately needed. We gained much
needed storage and counter space by repurposing the hallway closet into
a pantry, installing a stacking wall oven and microwave, and purchasing
a smaller refrigerator. Through many iterations of cabinetry finish
options, we landed on burgundy gloss acrylic for the majority of
cabinetry.
