The development design
guidelines for this community were created by builders who originally
worked for Frank Lloyd Wright using the principles of organic
architecture requiring the home to be in harmony with nature.
The original home was less than 1,000 square feet, and was specifically
designed in relation to a slate lined ravine and stream on the property.
This relationship is evident as the house transitions across the
secondary ravine on the site, actually becoming a bridge across the
ravine that also provides a walkout at the lower level family room.
The design and craftsmanship of this house are outstanding, and the
resulting home would make Mr. Wright very happy.
