After
an arsonist broke into Beau and Belle, a business specializing in
Christening gowns, three fires were set, destroying the building and all
the contents. Our team immediately responded to salvage the existing
structure. We developed a design plan based on the client’s desire to
have a restored building inspired by elements of a nearby houseboat,
while meeting budget and schedule constraints. Completely transforming
the burned structure on the interior and exterior, incorporating
innovative security features, and creating a workspace that improves the
way business is conducted, all required careful planning and innovative
solutions to achieve our client’s goals and the insurance company’s
objectives.
