This project is the expansion of an
existing Cape Cod style house constructed in 1923. Almost the entire
original home was demolished and re-built. Although most of this home is
made of new materials, it continues to reflect the age and style of the
neighborhood through the use of Carder Rock stone, cedar siding, Azek
trim and a recycled rubber slate roof. By using the latest design
elements and several green materials, a unique showpiece was created to
display the abilities of this company. From a recycled rubber roof to
Murano Glass light fixtures, to a Mexican mosaic tile under a floating
glass counter top, this house presents an eclectic mix of bringing the
old into a modern day showcase home.
