create a striking visual effect, balancing dark tones while allowing
light to filter through. Rice-color zellige tiles add depth,
complementing top-of-the-line appliances like refrigeration columns and
a wine tower seamlessly integrated into the layout. Dedicated areas such
as a coffee bar and snack pantry enhance convenience. The client was
thrilled with the transformation, praising the bright, airy design,
ample storage options, open-plan layout, and seamless flow for
entertaining with the adjacent butler’s pantry, mudroom, living, and
dining areas.
