The
existing home was a 1955 ranch on 4 acres that was owned by parents of
the client and was not maintained for many years. The goal was to create
a traditional 2-story colonial look. The renovation included a second
floor, a 2-story addition, a new garage and a complete renovation of the
remaining areas. In the end the client received a 4,000sq. ft. home with
a 2-story entry great room, a master suite with bathroom and sitting
room, 4 other bedrooms, 2 additional full baths and a modern open
kitchen with breakfast area.
