2006 Special Whole House Remodel over $500,000

Two main goals of this project were to renovate almost every existing space while the clients lived in the home, and to integrate the new areas seamlessly with the old. The use of negative air machines in the workspace prevented the migration of dust into the living areas. And a temporary kitchen and eating area was set up so the clients could continue to function as a family during construction. Seamless integration required many hours searching for stone for the new veneer that would match the existing stone of the house and landscape. New exterior trim details were designed to match the existing trim exactly. The clients confirm that both goals were completely achieved.
