2004 Design/Build Whole House
Remodel $200K-$500K
The original house was
built in 1887 and while the client loved the location and the quaint
charm of the house, they needed additional space and amenities. The
scope was to add a new kitchen, family room and 3-car garage with a
recreation room above. Setbacks were stringent since the house was on a
corner lot. One creative solution to adding the necessary elements was
making the original small living room into the main entry foyer for the
new home. The additions were designed to create more privacy in a yard
that was next to a very busy street.
