A complete transformation
of a dark photography studio into a new creative design office involved
exposing ceilings, removing walls and adding windows and storefront door
systems to open up the spaces and flood the building with natural light.
As a design feature, the team peeled away anything that would conceal
the new steel columns designed to minimize the footprint of structural
support and treated them as lacquer yellow sculpture that would connect
the spaces and reflect the colors of the Thiel & Team brand.
