This bright and open addition provides much needed space to the existing 1970’s era tract house and establishes a connection to the outdoors that had long been dormant. A greatly expanded kitchen with many new amenities flows easily into a cathedral ceilinged sunroom with three gables and plenty of windows. Triple patio doors lead to separate decks for entertainment and grilling. One of the highlights of this project was the gourmet kitchen, where the owners could demonstrate their cooking skills for family and friends.
