Renovation
The task was to replace
the exterior of a 150 year old home with maintenance-free vinyl . While
matching detail work on a 40-50 year old home is routine for Total
Remodeling, recreating all the detail on a 150 year old home is a
completely different story. Ten separate manufacturers were required to
obtain all the components on this job. Exterior PVC coil window casings
had six bends on them and some fascia pieces called for ten bends. The
result is a masterfully restored historic exterior…all maintenance free.
