Upon moving into their new home, the homeowners noticed that the design of their living area needed some improvement. They were unhappy with the limited access and the boxy, cramped feel of the house. Natural light from the sunroom was suppressed by the wall between the sunroom and the living area. The wall was removed and the sunroom was renovated into a finished space matching the style and finish of the existing rooms. The removal of the wall allowed natural light to be drawn into the living room. To enhance the home's grand style, four archways were framed and two full and two half columns were installed. New interior trim pieces that were job-built to match the trim throughout the home emphasized symmetrical continuity in this area.
