This remodel focused on
the exterior of this 1950’s cape cod. All existing cedar clap board and
soffit material, facias, roofing, gutters and the less-than-desirable
front porch were removed. The project came together with great results.
The new porch gave the front entrance wonderfully grand height. The
additional 10" added to the barge boards and the built-up molding
painted bright white with the contrast of the cedar shakes gives a
luxuriously rich appearance.
