The project involved
replacing an attached carriage shed with a 2-story post and beam
structure to match the historic proportions and scale of the existing
house. The new addition includes a kitchen, entertainment room, master
bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, useable basement, and attic office. The addition
to this National Historic Registered home allows the original to stay in
its 300 year old form. The project has already won an Andover Historical
Society award of appreciation for the merits of its scope and diligence.
