The project directive was
to integrate the original 1860 sea captain’s house with two additions: a
sunken family room in the Cape Cod style and a contemporary style
kitchen/laundry tucked away from the street view.
Features include a second cooking kitchen adjacent to the barbeque area,
a family sized shower, a sunken family room, custom built-ins in the
bedrooms, maximizing the space available in the small bedrooms.
