When the X-Act
Contracting team first saw the apartment located in the heart
of the Financial District, they thought they were back in the
1970’s. In fact, the last time this circa 1927 building was
renovated was in the 1970’s. The 2,500 square foot co-op apartment
was in desperate need of a gut renovation and a major update so the
family of five could move in and enjoy their new 4-bedroom, 2-1/2
baths home.
Maximizing every inch
of space while enhancing the character of the apartment and pleasing
