To achieve an open
concept living space the wall dividing the kitchen and living room was
removed, the ceiling raised, and a glulam beam installed. Creative
storage solutions were achieved with a built in pantry with pull out
drawers, a coffee bar with both cabinetry and counter space, and a built
in dry bar. Finishes include a traditional and eclectic mix of white
shaker cabinetry with modern hickory shelves, a quartz island, granite
counter surfaces, and both hexagonal subway tile and Moroccan style
tile.
