Starting with an original bathroom that was compartmentalized by a series of rooms, the design vision was to create an open plan and unify the space conscious of areas of function. A sense of contemporary crispness was desired, fulfilled by using Calcutta marble with soft veining in the stone complimented by vanities in rich stain wood with oversized counters. Large windows flood the space with natural light and help make the room feel larger. The final result is a contemporary bathroom with a clean, sophisticated and timeless feel.
