This
project involved the only bathroom in a 1950’s home. The owners wanted
to update the bath and include features that would allow them to remain
in the home as they aged. Custom cabinets increased storage and privacy
was addressed by including a wall in the shower that allowed someone to
use it and not be seen as someone else walked in. By including a zero
threshold clearance on the shower, and bracing for future grab bars,
this room is ready for whatever may come in the future.
