Residential Exterior under $100,000

Situated in a Massachusetts neighborhood of grand Victorian homes, the clients longed for an exterior that would transform their home from plain wallflower to a stately residence. Cummings Architects’ answer was to design and expansive wrap-around porch along the front and right facades of the home, creating shaded outdoor living space while blending with the Victorian streetscape. The result: a porch that looks as though it has belonged to the home since the early 1900’s.
