This is a totally renovated bungalow the
current owners grandparents built in 1926. It gained a two story 804 s.f.
addition in back that houses sunrooms on two floors, and a gracious
stair wrapping around a retro style elevator to help future proof the
home.
Almost everything inside is new: base, casing, cabinetry, kitchen,
bathrooms, windows, heating, plumbing, and electrical; but all was
designed to look as if it were done in the early 20th century.
