2006 Best Exterior Facelift
This project was the
restoration of the facade of an 1896 Victorian house to its exact
original condition. Many renovations over the years had obscured the
original look of the home. With no photos or blueprints of the original
home, the job would have been impossible without a set of hand-drawn
architectural drawings that the owners provided in a leather scroll.
Although some modern materials were used to extend the life of the home,
they successfully brought back the charm and grandeur to this
outstanding Victorian beauty.
