The original home was
completely gutted to improve the flow. The stairs were reconfigured to
allow a view from front to back of the house. The addition included: 1st
floor-a new open kitchen, family room on the main level and a large
double height screened porch with exposed beamed ceiling, and a new
attached two car garage with mudroom entry; 2nd floor-a new master
suite, new bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and new laundry room; 3rd
floor-new dormers for light and egress and a bathroom for the 5th
bedroom and loft spaces; basement-large Rec Room, exercise room and full
guest suite.
