The first floor and outdoor
terrace of this seven-story office tower were redesigned to attract new
tenants.
The existing lobby was opened to include a new gaming lounge, providing
flexible space for a variety of functions, and a new pre-function lounge
and 40-person conference/training room were added which can be divided
into two 20-person rooms using a vertically folding, retractable
partition.
Overall, 3,850 square feet of existing tenant space was transformed into
modern, new building amenities, including a new private outdoor terrace.
Finishes throughout create a casual, yet sophisticated environment to
appeal to a broad of range of tenants.
