Our Lower Gwynedd clients
desired an addition to include a first floor Primary Suite, Entry Foyer,
Flex space and finished Basement.
The exterior was cladded with
Hardie Board siding. Exterior was accented with metal standing seam
roof, planked wood soffits and corbels. Curb appeal was boosted with new
front door and windows.
The front fa ade massing was expertly
designed to balance the existing structure. The grand foyer entrance
opened into the new addition. The primary suite was tastefully designed
for one-level living. The basement created the ultimate entertaining
space with exterior access to the rear yard.
Thoughtful amenities
enhance tranquility, including heated floors, steam shower, custom
cabinetry, smart shades, and a Shoji-screen pocket door. The cohesive
aesthetic creates a serene, contemporary retreat designed for longterm
well-being.
