This project reimagines an
unfinished basement as a functional, open lower level designed for
entertaining and daily use. The new layout introduces defined zones
including a game area, media lounge, kitchenette, full bathroom with
laundry, and a glass-enclosed wine room.
Structural elements and
mechanicals are integrated into the design, maintaining an exposed
ceiling for height and accessibility. Durable finishes such as epoxy
flooring, drywall, and recessed lighting ensure longevity and ease of
maintenance. Consistent cabinetry provides cohesive storage solutions,
while tile, stone surfaces, and subtle textured details add visual
interest, creating a balanced space that is both practical and refined..
