The owner had a large wish list but couldn’t add square footage to spaces in townhouse. With careful design yet narrow tolerances, we delivered all requests within the footprint.

Wanted storage space to display artwork/express their personalities

Designed cabinet with glass inserts for artwork display.

Didn’t want bathroom to look institutional.

Fixtures and finishes are high end and stylish.

“Shower room” needed materials that could withstand high levels of moisture.
