Living in the neighborhood of their choice, with a desire to stay, the only thing missing was the ability to enjoy the view.

They dreamed of bringing the beautifully treed landscape inside all year round. A rear addition was designed that complemented the original home and provided two walls of windows and an enormous floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The room looks as though it is located in a tropical paradise!

Providing a truly modern look to this sunroom is the Mezzo linear, gas fireplace surrounded by floor-to-ceiling Ledger stone. The fireplace offers extra warmth to the room on chilly days.
