The owners of this 1930 Storybook Cottage
had grown tired of their cramped kitchen. Storage was hard to come by,
while the awkward layout and lack of landing space would leave any chef
uninspired.
ReCraft went to work, opening the walls between the kitchen, dining, and
living room to achieve an expansive, functional layout. An elegant
quartz island defines the kitchen with seating tucked under a stunning
waterfall. Great care was taken retaining historic details, matching the
original windows, and new oak flooring seamlessly lacing into the
original flooring. Layered lighting and traditional details stylize the
kitchen at every turn.!
